Pele reacts to Mbappe's success

Brazil legend Pele has reacted on twitter about Kylian Mbappe's sensational success. 

 Mbappe netted in France's World Cup final win over Croatia on Sunday, becoming the second youngest player, after Pele, to net in the showpiece match. The Paris Saint-Germain star is also the fourth youngest player to win the sport's most coveted prize, while only Pele has scored more goals at the same finals competition before his 20th birthday.

 The Brazil icon, a champion in 1958, 1962 and 1970, seems to be worried by Mbappe's progress, as he cheekily congratulated the Frenchman on Sunday.

 "If Kylian keeps equalling my records like this, I may have to dust my boots off again," Pele posted on Twitter in reply to Mbappe's picture of himself and the World Cup trophy.

 Pele, like Mbappe, won the Best Young Player award at his first finals in 1958.

Tanzanian out-fit Simba SC have announced the signing of Zambian midfielder Clatous Chota Chama on a two year deal from Lusaka dynamos.  The midfielder has been linked with a move away from the big spenders. Chama joined the Lusaka based club last year after his short stint in Egypt.  A source at Lusaka dynamos has however said the player has moved without the permission of the Club.  "The club is not aware of the deal and will not issue him with the International transfer certificate (ITC) since no transfer fee has been paid, " The source said.  Zambia international will however leave for Turkey with his new team as they start their pre-season in preparation for a new season.

CECAFA Cup final: Kagere starts for Simba as Azam looks to defend title

Meddie Kagere has been handed a starting role for Simba in the CECAFA Cup final match against Azam.  The former Gor Mahia striker will lead the attacks alongside Marcel Kahenza and Mohamed Rashid. Kagere has two goals so far in the tournament. A penalty well - taken against APR of Rwanda and a semi-final lone strike against Jeshi La Kujenga Uchumi.  Azam, the title defenders will look to overcome Simba test in the evening in an all Tanzania affair at the National Stadium.  Simba Starting XI: 1.
